What is your returns policy?
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
What is your warranty?
3 years limited warranty. Shipping expenses are the responsibility of the client. However, if product is deemed defective within 30 days of receiving goods and the manufacturer receives an original invoice within that time period with a claim, shipping terms will be negotiated upon receiving merchandise and the cause of the defect is determined. Warranty contact should first go through an authorized dealer, so he or she can process the paperwork. Clearwave speakers are not meant to be party speakers, so playing them at extreme levels or levels deemed to create excessive distortion is not covered under warranty. Registration of Serial Number must occur within 30 days of order via email and is transferable within the 3 year span of the original purchase date as long as the original owner registered within 30 days of receiving the speakers. Any modification to circuitry or speaker cabinets voids the warranty. Warranty coverage is at the discretion of manufacturer review and misuse is not covered under the warranty.
Is my payment information kept private?
The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in.
What are your delivery times?
We will process your order within 3 business days following payment in cleared funds. Payment by online banking cannot be checked until the next business day. We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 5 days for delivery domestically, or 1.5 weeks internationally. Custom orders or out of stock items will ship as discussed and agreed upon by the client and Clearwave Loudspeaker Design. You will be notified after an order is placed if an item is out of stock and requires additional time to complete the order.
